Abstract

cSVI-DM extends the cSVI framework from subtype definition to layer-specific drug mapping. It organizes cellular state scoring, cell-cell interaction scoring, ligand-receptor target mapping, and downstream compound prioritization into a vascular-centered translational workflow.
