Abstract

cSVI-subtype is a GWAS-anchored, vascular-centered framework for molecular subtype barcode discovery in cerebral small vessel disease. It links disease-associated genetic signals with vascular and single-cell references to produce subtype-oriented molecular barcodes and interpretable disease branches.
